Use of Cookies

Registering for the Forums

The information collected during the registration process for the Cold Rawk Records Community is used to:

• customize content based upon user preferences,

The email address will only be seen by moderators and administrators if the “Keep your email address viewable to other users when you post notes?” option is set to no. Cookies may be sent to your browser to enable automatic log-ins upon further visits, as well as for content customization.

Buying Products

If you purchase products directly from Cold Rawk Records, your contact information and a transaction history will be kept by Cold Rawk Records. We do not keep credit card information permanently on file.

If you contact us requesting support about a product you bought, assistance buying a product, or questions relating to our ordering process, policies, etc. the contents of your email will be logged permanently by our Helpdesk system.

By purchasing from us, you give us consent to send you emails relating to your transaction, including follow-up surveys, as well as information about other products that may be of interest to you. All product announcement emails will have opt-out links clearly presented.

We may use your mailing address to market additional products to you via postal mail. In the future, we may share your postal address with our book distributors who may mail their product catalogs to you periodically.

We will also forward your email and name to the band who you are purchasing products from.  If you do not wish to have your information sent to the band you may chose to do so during checkout, by removing the checkmark in the box Tell the band I bought there stuff.

Misc

Any data collected will be used by ourselves and our agents. Cold Rawk Records hereby reserves the right to transfer any data collected in the event of an acquisition, full or partial, of the company or its assets.
